A healthy lifestyle for me means that way of living which makes you feel at your best. I consider it healthy
because you are the happiest when you are at your best. Different people derive happiness from different
activities as some people may feel happier sleeping, some eating, some running and the list varies as it
goes on and on but I feel that contentment makes us happy in the true sense. When you are contented
with your body both mentally and physically then only you can feel at your best and be the happiest.
According to me this contentment comes by knowing the real you or finding your hidden talent which can
be painting, dancing, singing etc. It comes from something that makes you unique along with that you
must give at least half an hour to your body in which you can work out because no matter how happy or
beautiful you are from inside combining it with your physical body fitness will always make you more
happy and will always boost your confidence in whatever you do or wear.

Conclusion,

Key to healthy lifestyle: find your inner talent + workout at least half an hour a day + keep working on it
till it becomes your habit.
