If you want to mix up your boring running in either the road or your
treadmill, try running in off-trails near the woods. Not only will it
make it less painful for your joints and increase your concentration,
but it also lowers your blood pressure and reduce your stress.
A healthy diet promotes bacteria in the gut that helps “feel good”
signals get through to the brain.
Tip: Make healthy food swaps, like trading white rice, pasta and
bread for whole-grain versions.
