The Basics!
Hi! My Name is Ms. Thornton! This will be my third
year of teaching. I have taught fourth grade, second
grade, and now I am starting a new adventure as
your child’s kindergarten teacher for the 2019-2020
school year. I am so excited to be your child’s
teacher this year! We have a wonderful and fun year
of learning ahead of us!

MY CHILDHOOD!
I was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. I am an
alumna of Tucson Unified School District. I
attended Sam Hughes Elementary, Dodge Middle
School, and graduated from Sahuaro High School MY FAVORITES!
in 2012. I graduated from The University of

In May of 2017, I graduated from The University of Season: Summer
Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Sports: Gymnastics
Education and a minor in Music. I am currently Fast Food: Eegee’s
pursuing my Master’s of Elementary Education, with Singer: Luke Combs
National Board Certification Emphasis at Northern
Hobby: Attending Concerts
