To whom it concerns,
We the people and student base, take great um bridge, at
the actions of Senior manager Mark(head of engineering and motor services)
during his final visit to our class today ( Friday 2nd December 2016).

But let us begin at the start.

Several weeks ago now , after submitting another complaint linked to our first
still unanswered complaint. Mark wished to visit the class to speak with us.

We said no to that , until such times we receive a written response to our

questions raised in our collective complaint.

We then advised Mark , that we would perceive it, as a form of harassment by

him if he forced himself on us , without first giving us the much needed info
raised in our complaint.

Low and behold the victimizer mark not only forced himself upon us once not
twice but thrice.

And now to that final visit .

Mark abducts a fellow student from his limited time in college , to threaten,
harass and victimise a young boy , standing up for his rights as not only a
student but a member of the public.

How can this be ? A senior manger trained extensively in communication ,

would resort to perceived intimidation tactics, a young helpless boy being the
victim here , whom has shown an interest in the well being of his fellow
students and will now be forever be damaged both emotionally and physically.

What will be done about this?

If our short time at New college Lanarkshire has taught us , You those
accountable will do as little as you can for us the student body , it has been
perceived that you are only interested in us as CASH COWS , were we, and
should be Earning & Learning , you appear to be doing the Earning very well ,
but the learning is lacking , in …. every way. Those complaints will be raised
separately from this complaint .
Now back to the matter at hand what will be done about this rouge element? ,
abusing his position , intimidating students and singling out and threatening
young boys.

We and I shall not rest until this abusive unprofessional , verbal attacker of boys
is removed from his position , it would appear that Mark , thinks he is the LAW
and its his way or the high way, do you agree? WE and I do not agree , I have
raised our first 2 complaints with Jamie Hepburn MSP , and mentioned to him
on the 3rd of Nov this year that I feared harassment, intimation and victimisation
at the hands of the college, for brining serious maladministration to light , to
my relief I have is full support and will now be visiting him, Monday with the
young boy, frightened for his future and personal well being and safety all due
to this rouge agent of NCLAN.

I will be speaking to police Scotland also as well as our legal council , as what
we think of as maladministration is also highly probable to be classed as Breach
of Trust , fraud or Embezzlement of public funds.

We were so close to a resolution to our complaint but you had to abuse your
role and duty of care .
Now I could possibly forgive Mark for trying to abuse me this way , I am a 34
year old father of 3 , but instead Mark goes and picks on a young helpless boy
struggling with his day to day life as it is , the damage done today may be
irreparable, hopefully not as we the student body will now protect all our
classmates , and if anyone other than our tutor ,stores-person or first aider
wishes to speak with us , it will be recorded both audio and video, to protect us
from you the abusers.
