Unified Products and Services, Inc., or UPS for brevity, was established on November
11, 2011. The company was initially formed as the marketing arm of a particular
company. With the phenomenal growth of the company and it’s proven expertise in the
industry, Unified Products and Services shifted to be an independent Franchising
Company, who will cater not only to traditional products but also technology-based
services, such as remittance, ticketing, travel and tours, bills payments, insurance and
universal loading. It was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission with
registration No. CS201102259 / Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Cert. No. FX-2010-002984.
The company president and owner is Mr. Emmanuel “Manny” Pascual, a Certified
Public Accountant and owner of Pascual Group of Companies (Global Pinoy
Remittance & Services, Unified Products & Services, Global Pinoy Travel and Tours,
Savemore Pharmacy & Minimart, Global Pinoy Pawnshop, and more). We also have
our own system, which is operated by Unlitech Solutions, an IT company, and another
sister company.
UPS is offering an "E-CASH", a system that gives lifetime convenience and lifetime
earning opportunities. With the UPS E-CASH you will have access to its Airline
Ticketing, Bills Payment, Remittance, Universal Loading, Insurance, Travel & Tours,
and Online Shopping facility in the comfort of your home or anywhere for as long as you
have good internet access and you have sufficient funds in your UPS E-CASH Fund.

WHAT IS A DEALER PACKAGE?
The DEALER packages are designed for personal use or as a home based business.
Some dealers added this to their existing legitimate business. However, use of GPRS or
UPS company name and Logo as your business name is ONLY ALLOWED for the HUB
Franchisee.
Our DEALER Packages are not a franchise, it’s purely home based or online. For
dealers who want to put up a Traditional Business (like:Travel Agency, Bayad Center,
Remittance Centers and the like) outside of your home, you have to use your own
registered/legitimate business name.
Ex. "Book a Trip Travel Agency" then at the bottom of your signage you can add
"powered by: UPS E-Cash System". OR, apply for a Hub Franchise or E-Cash Pay
Center package.
The DEALER membership or joining fee is a ONE TIME PAYMENT but LIFETIME
BUSINESS. No Renewal, No Quota, No Additional fees on newly added services.

1. Remittance – Send and Receive Money (Local partners like GPRS, UPS, Ecash to
Ecash, Cebuana Lhuillier, Western Union, Smartmoney, Gcash, major and minor
Banks, and more, plus International partners like GPRS, UPS, Ecash to Ecash,
Moneygram, iRemit, Transfast, New York Bay, Gcash)
2. Bills Payment – more than 170 billers like Meralco, Maynilad, PLDT, Globe, SSS,
Philhealth, NSO, Home Credit, Easy Trip, credit cards, schools, insurance, and more
3. Ticketing – 406 Local & International Airline partners, 2GO, and Bus Ticketing
4. Travel & Tours – Tour Packages and Hotel Accommodation (Local and International)
5. Loading – Mega Dealer, Load to All Networks (Local & International network in
Singapore, UAE, Qatar, and Hong Kong telco) plus internet game cards, cable loads,
and Meralco Kuryente Load, with free Retailer registration (unlimited registration)
6. Insurance – Malayan Insurance, FPG Insurance, CTPL Insurance
7. Real Estate – Vista Land Residences, SMDC, DMCI, Ayala Land, and more
8. E-Merchant – bentanayan.com - Own website of online Shopping and Selling
9. NBI online payment and Beep Card MRT/LRT top-up - VERY SOON..
HOW TO BE A DEALER?
You need to purchase any of the dealer packages we offer. I highly recommend that we
meet in our main office in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City so you can attend the
orientation. The orientation seminar is held daily at 2pm ends at 4PM and 5pm ends at
7pm.
But if you have no time for meet up or it is impossible for you to do so. Contact me to
assist you through phone call on how to register your account online. You can purchase
the package through bank deposit to any of UPS/GPRS bank accounts or any
remittances partners of UPS/GPRS.

After notification and confirmation of your payments, we will send to you the
Registration Code and PIN for your online registration or with your permission we can
register you directly into the system so as not to encounter registration problem.
To be a registered dealer of UPS, you need to have guidance from the person who
introduce or assist you to UPS business. Since you received this proposal from me, I
will be your contact person and I am known in the office as Ms Lerma Editha Loreche.
The other contents of the package will be sent to you via courier like the free tarpaulin
and fliers. Don’t worry; the system is user friendly. We can teach you via phone or
personally if you are just in the Philippines or via email or FB chat if you are outside the
Philippines. We will also send you detailed information on how to navigate the system.
We have done this for our business partners who are in the provinces or even those
based in other country. Or you may send your representative, friend or relative to our
office in Quezon City for trainings, but it is still best if you can attend our trainings. The
trainings are held from Monday to Sunday at 2PM, 5PM, and 8PM. But still we can
teach you personally if you want to meet halfway or on your house if you are accessible.

Answer: YES!
We have many legitimate partners both local and international companies. They will be
the first to sue us if we are a scam because we are using their name telling everybody
that they are our business partners like Philippine Airlines, Meralco, Globe, Cebuana
Lhuillier, and Western Union. At the same time we are Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas
registered as a Certified Remittance Company, and we are SEC registered. We have
the necessary business permits to operate legally and displayed at our Quezon City
main office.
