RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF BARANGAY


SULUCAN FOR CY 2017.

WHEREAS, the 20% Dev’t. Fund of Barangay Sulucan in the amount of Two Hundred
Seventy Thousand Six Hundred Fourteen pesos (P 270,614.00 )only, to be program into
projects with the approval of barangay development council.

SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT
a. Construction or rehabilitation of health centers, - P 10,614.00
rural health units, and purchase of medical equipment

b. Construction or rehabilitation of local gov’t.-owned - 15,000.00


potable water supply system;(Improvement/drilling of Hand Pump)

c. Establishment or rehabilitation of Manpower Dev’t. -


Centers

d. Construction or rehabilitation of evacuation centers -

e. Purchase or repair of area-wide calamity related alarm - 20,000.00


or warning system;

f. Rehabilitation of cultural/historical sites; -

g. Purchase or repair of appropriate calamity-related - 20,000.00


rescue operations equipment such as inflatable boats,
breathing apparatus, extraction tools, safe line rescue
ropes, fire extinguishers, chainsaws, two (2) way
handheld radios and the like

h. Purchase and development of land for the relocation -


of informal settlers and relocation of victims and
calamities

i. Construction or rehabilitation of facilities such as - 50,000.00


Multi-purpose hall intended to cater out-of-school
Youths, women, senior citizens, minors, displaced
families, indigenous people and differently-abled
persons; and

j. Installation and maintenance of street lighting - 30,000.00


system except payment of electric bills.

k. Installation/maintenance of CCTV Camera’s- 25,000.00

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
a. Construction or rehabilitation of communal -
irrigation or water impounding system and
purchase of post harvest facilities such as farm
or hand tractor with trailer, thresher and
mechanical driers;

b. Construction or rehabilitation of local roads - 50,000.00


or bridges and purchase of appropriate
engineering equipment such as dump trucks,
graders and pay loaders;

c. Capital expenditures related to the implement- -


ation of livelihood or entrepreneurship/local
economic development projects; and

d. Amortization of loans used to finance dev’t. -


projects cited in this Joint Circular, subject to
the 20% debt service cap.
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
a. Reforestation and urban greening; -

b. Construction or rehabilitation of sanitary - 20,000.00


landfills, material recovery facilities and
purchase of garbage trucks and related
equipment;

c. Implementation of flood and erosion control - 30,000.00


projects such as rehabilitation and construction
of drainage systems, de-silting of rivers, de-
clogging of canals; and

d. Other environmental management projects


that promote air and water quality,
as well as productivity of the coastal or fresh
water habitat, agricultural land and forest
land

TOTAL APPROPRIATION- P 270,614.00

WHEREAS, after a careful review, discussion and deliberation on the merit of the
said amount decided to make it into a resolution;

I HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the foregoing resolution and


appropriation ordinance.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of BDC member Kgd. Joel P. Dudan duly seconded
by Kgd. Antonio C. Buenaobra-BDC Member, resolve as it is hereby resolved to
appropriate funds for the above expenditures and to approve the Annual Budget for CY
2017_-20% Development Fund;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to submit copies of this Resolution to the Office of the City
Budget Officer, Office of the City Accountant, DILG, and other offices concerned for their
information and guidance.

RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PROPOSE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT FOR CY 2017 AS


APPROVED BY THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL OF SULUCAN.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council as presided by the Punong Barangay


discussed and approved the 20% development plan in the amount of Two Hundred
Seventy Thousand Six Hundred Fourteen Pesos Only (P 270,614.00 ).

WHEREAS, for adaptation and implementation as a requirement the resolution made by


Barangay Dev’t. Council of Sulucan for the purpose of implementation.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Joel P. Dudan duly seconded by


Barangay Kagawad Antonio C. Buenaobra resolved as it is hereby resolved to adapt and
implement the Barangay Development Plan as approved by the Barangay Dev’t. Council.
APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 001
SERIES OF 2017

APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY-DECEMBER 2017


Appropriating the amount of Two Hundred Seventy Thousand Six
Hundred Fourteen Pesos (P 270,614.00 ) for 20% Development Fund.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Barangay Members and the Barangay


Development Council of Sulucan , East District, that the amount of P 270,614.00 is
hereby appropriated for the purpose.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copies of this Resolution with Appropriation


Ordinance No. ____ be furnished the Sangguniang Panlungsod through the City Budget
Officer for review and appropriate action, the City Accountant, DILG and other offices
concerned for their information and guidance.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished the City Budget Officer,
DILG Operation Officer, City Accountant, Sangguniang Panlungsod and other office
concerned for information and guidance.
