Release Highlights

 E-stamping
o Public can optionally generate e-stamp for documents with stamp duty above one lakh.
The payment for stamp duty and Registration can be made together or separately. The
document can be prepared on the e-stamp generated. [Refer G O. (P) No.23/2017/TD
dated 7th April, 2017].
o Additional stamp duty and Registration fee, if any as identified by SRO, can be paid
online and the endorsement as required can be made on the document.
o HELP file is available at home page of on line applications

 Online payment has been enabled with login

o Online payment has been brought under login to ensure more security and
accountability.
o User can create a login for doing online payment.
