Statement of the Problem

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of differentiated instruction used in

teaching social science of Senior High School Social Science teachers of Roxas National

Comprehensive High School, School Year 2019 -2020 in order to provide list of effective

differentiated instruction that can be useful in all learning areas.

Specifically, it will answer the following questions.

1. What demographic profile of the respondents in term of

a. Sex

b. Age

c. Years of teaching experience

d. Designation

2. What is the effectiveness of differentiated instruction in teaching social science

subject of the respondents?

3. Is there a significant relationship between the effect of differentiated instruction in

teaching social science subject in terms of:

a. Sex

b. Age

c. Teaching experience

d. Designation
Statement of the Problem

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of differentiated instruction used in

teaching social science of Senior High School students of Roxas National Comprehensive

High School, School Year 2019 -2020 as perceived by the teachers in order to propose

enhancement plan in applying differentiated instruction.

Specifically, it will answer the following questions.

1. What is the profile of the teachers in terms of:

1.1 Sex

1.2 Age

1.3 Teaching experience

1.4 Designation

2. What is the effectiveness of differentiated instruction in teaching social science

subject as perceived by the teachers?

3. Is there a significant relationship between the profile and the perceived

effectiveness of differentiated instruction in teaching social science subject?

4. What enhancement plan related to applying differentiated instruction for teachers

may be propose?
