With sincere regret and sadness, This is to tender my notice of resignation from my
job as (JOB DESCRIOTION) on July 1, 2019. In view of my severe allergy that
stress-related. I have sought medication from Skin Clinic and I am presently taking
topical and oral medications.
I am deeply grateful for the opportunity given to me by the office to work within its
walls as Administrative Support Staff. My admiration for this company and its
personnel has grown. However I realized that I was not able to perform my duties and
responsibilities as expected. My frequent tardiness and absences have become a
source of embarrassment for me because I know that I have failed to meet the
standards set by the University for its employees..
