To the school in-charge,

Salvador National High School

Dear Ma’am /Sir,

I sincerely write this letter to your office to seek an approval to apply our rules and
regulations that we had discussed together with my other colleagues. It is regards to some
problems we are facing in the school specially to those students who disrespect the SSG officers.
I heard a lot gossips and issue that the SSG officers are not functioning well.
We had already discussed our punishments, actions and etc. for the late comers and to
those who disrespect the SSG officers. With that, I am asking a permission from your office to
implement our rules and regulations. The following are the rules and regulations that we had
discussed that need your approval:

1. If a student did not attend flag raising at the same time is late, he or she must render a
service that is 10 minutes either to pick up plastics in grounds and in the cafeteria or pick up
“amorsikus.” The student shall be given his/her first warning, and if the warning reaches its third
stage. He/she must render a service for 1 hour.
2. If a student did not attend classes or being caught in the act that is cutting classes,
he/she must come with us in guidance office.
3. If a student be caught playing any sports and gambling during class hours, he/she must
face consequences.
4. If a student shows a disrespectful act towards to others students and it causes a trouble,
he/she must face consequences and attend to the office of the guidance counsellor.
5. If a student did not follow instructions, he/she caught disobeying the rules and
regulations number 1 to 4 will also face consequences.

In overall, I am confident that the actions we created are very effected to lessen the late
comers and disrespectful students. I also hope that you will allow us to implement those said
rules and regulations.
 In addition, please let me know your response to these matters. Hoping for your kind
decision.
