    Sir:

    In consonance with the Republic Act No. 7079 (Campus Act of 1991) that requires the
    government to educate young writers and designates the Department of Education to
    oversee periodic competitions, press conference and trainings/seminars for student
    editors, writers and for teacher advisers.

    In this regard, our district aims to enhance the journalistic skills of our young journalist.
    Knowing very well of your exemplary expertise in your field, the undersigned is appealing
    to you to be our speaker in our District Schools Press Conference this coming August 2,
    2019 at Kitcharao Central Elementary School with the topic: Disaster Risk Reduction.

    I do hope you can spare your precious time and expertise to our young journalists.
