25th Silver Founding Anniversary Celebration

Theme: “Connecting Entrepreneurs, Creating the Future”
Official Guidelines and Mechanics

EntrepMall 2019 is open to all bona fide students of Saint Paul School of
Professional Studies, student organizations, faculty and staff who are willing to join the
competition this August 22-28, 2019 in-line with the celebration of the 25th Silver
Founding Anniversary.

How to join:
1. Must fill-out the one-page business concept form which includes;
a) Business Name
b) Description and Concept of the Business
c) Products or Services
d) Proprietors
2. All participating group shall pay the registration fee worth Php 1,000.00 on or before
August 19, 2019.
3. Participating students should come up with their own business name, a list of members
should be submitted during the registration.
4. Student and student organizations are allowed to merge for a single business. Only
two organizations are permitted to be partners.
5. Booth set up should be done on the 21st of August 2019.
6. Franchising is not allowed or tapping any outside party businesses.

When:
1. Duration of the EntrepMall 2019 is from August 22-28, 2019
2. All participating groups should be open by the 22nd of August 8:00 AM for the official
opening of EntrepMall 2019. Failure to do so will result to deduction of points.

Competition:
1. The winning booth for the EntrepMall 2019 will be based upon these criteria.

Booth Design (with the touch of silver) 15%


Originality &Creativity 35%
Marketing Promotion 15%
Sales Performance and Profit 25%
Cleanliness and Organized Booth 10%
Total 100%

2. Points are given to each of the criteria met by the competing groups.
3. Stall design shall follow the silver theme of the 25th Silver Anniversary Celebration.
The use of flammable and harmful paraphernalia in the stall design is strictly
prohibited.
4. Monitoring of sales per stall will be done twice every day. First monitoring will be
done by the committee every 5PM, and the second monitoring will be done by the
Paulinian Student Government every 8PM.

5. The committee will provide stubs for every stall and these will be given to every
customer. The stubs will also serve as basis for the monitoring of the sales per
business.
6. Competing groups can advertise their respective businesses in any form of medium.
7. Actions are allowed and sales promotion.
8. Every violation in the guidelines will correspond to a deduction to the total points.
9. The winning group will be awarded with a plaque and will be the champion in the
EntrepMall 2019.
10. The decision of the board of judges is FINAL and IRREVOCABLE.
