Regarding Exchange Program

Dear NORE of IFMSA-Egypt,

Firstly, let me introduce myself, my name is Gunawan Wibisono, I’m an

outgoing/incoming from Indonesia, scheduled to a project in Egypt starting from
1 August 2019.
With this letter, I want to inform you that I’m going to cancel my exchange
program due to some reasonable reasons, and to ask for my exchange fee back.
My reason to cancel the exchange program that I have got is because I
receive a project that is not from list of my choices, and they didn’t inform me about
changing it to another project. And by this letter, I’m not asking you to forcefully fit
me to the project that I’ve chosen, but only to tell you about this condition, so we can
discuss about my condition right now.
I’m hoping to make an agreement, that I want to cancel the project that was
given to me, because I’m not planning on taking that. And I’m hoping to get my
exchange fee back, because I don’t see this as my fault for not taking the project.
Additionally, I didn’t fill the confirmation card yet.
I send you a letter because I was told so. At first, I messaged to LORE of
Mansoura, Mohamed Nafie, if i want to cancel the project, he told me to discuss it
with my exchange officer. Then I was told to send this letter to you, through NORE of
Indonesia. That’s why :)
