Brief note:

Glass Pyramid is a team building activity, where team building is a collective term for various
types of activities used to enhance social relations and define roles with in teams, often
involving collaborative task. Many team building exercise aim to expose and address
interpersonal problems with the group.

Activity outcomes:

 Team building activities increase productivity.

 The collaborative nature of a team building challenge teaches people how to work
together more effectively.
 Improve effective & friendly communication
 Clear and open communication is a key to the success of projects and relationships with
a company.
