3. Joined Hindustan CIBA-GEIGY in 1983 as Medical Representative.

4. Diploma in Marketing & Sales Management – Institute Topper in Product Management

5. Only person from South India to Became a member of McKinsey – Domestic Product
Survey, 1992.

6. Became Field Training Executive in 1993.

7. Did MBA (Marketing & HR) from IGNOU from 1993- 1996 and completed with 80% of
Marks.

8. Became Area Manager in 1996.

9. Did M.Phil from JNTU in 2001.

10. Became Zonal Training Manager (AP & KARNATAKA, AP & TAMILNADU) – 2001 –
2005

11. Did Ph.D from Kakatiya University in 2005, (Completed before 3 years from the date of
Registration).

12. Became Head of Rural marketing – 2005- 2008.
