That I, LUCENA M. SAMILLANO, of legal age, widow, Filipino and resident of Guinbanga-an,
Laua-an, Antique hereby declare:
That I am the owner of a parcel of land situated at Guinbanga-an, Laua-an, Antique and more
particularly described as follows to with;
“A parcel of residential lot situated Guinbanga-an, Laua-an, Antique, containing an area of about
TWOHUNDRED ONE (201) SQUARE METERS OR LESS, bounded on the north by Lot. No. 8351; on
thesouth by Lot No. 8957-249; on the east day by LO No. 8530; and on the west by Lot No. 8597-241,
registered in the name of Lucena M. Samillano with assigned Lot No. 8957-242 under CSD.06.016274”
That I hereby waive, quitclaim, renounce, any and all of my rights in favor of Mercy Berdin
Pacete over the above-described property;
