DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

Know all men by theses presents:

I, FLORENCIA M. LORENZO, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and a resident of

and with postal address at CAPULAAN VILLASIS PANGASINAN, for and in consideration of
the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000), Philippine currency, receipt of
which sum in full is hereby acknowledged to my entire satisfaction from RUBY BALIGNASAY
CRUZ, married to RAOUL CRUZ, of legal ages and resident of Camposanto 1 Norte Moncada,
Tarlac, do hereby and by these presents SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY absolutely and
irrevocably unto and in favor of said VENDEE, their heirs and assigns, a portion of land with
an area of THREE HUNDRED square meters (300sq.) particularly described as follows, to
wit:

Transfer Certificate of Title No. 043-2011006399

“A parcel of land (lot 2279-B-2-D, of the subdivision plan Psd-036910-05 3651,

situated in the Barrio of Central MP of Moncada, Province of Tarlac. Containing an area of
THREE HUNDRED square meters (300sq.) more or less.”

Of which I am the lawful owner of the parcel of land, free from any and all liens and
encumbrances.

That Article 1623 of the New Civil Code has been duly complied and hereby warrant title/s
against all lawful claims whatsoever.
