Metro Manila FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS ONLY ,(Php 1,650,000.00) Philippine Currency , to me in hand paid by MADONNA P.TANDINGAN
of legal age , Filipino and resident of barangay Sta. Lucia, Lubao, Pampanga the receipt of which the amount is hereby
acknowledge and confessal, We do these present SELL , CEDE , TRANSFER and CONVEY, try way of absolute sale into said

A parcel of Land, (Lot 5928) situated on the barrio of San Nicolas 1”, Municipality
of lubao Province of Pampanga Bounded on the NE, by lot 5927 , on the SE, by River
on the SW,. by lot 5929 and on NW ,. By road ; xxx containing and area of ONE
HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN (137) square meter, more or less xxx”

of which parcel of land , we are the true and absolute owner , free from all debts and obligation
whatsoever , and by virtue of this sale We also understake to defend the ownership and possession of the vendees
in case of eviction . Upon sale, it is agreed that the seller will shoulder all the expenses including the transfer of
title and the capital gain
