I, CECILIA SOLIMAN LAMSEN, of legal age, married to ALONZO Q.


LAMSEN, and with residence and postal address at Barangay San Rafael, Tarlac City
to wit;

WITNESSETH:

That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY


THOUSAND (₱150,00.00), Philippine Currency, receipt in full of which I
hereby acknowledge to my entire and complete satisfaction from JAYSON
BALAWEG GUERRERO, single, Filipino, and a resident of San Rafael, Tarlac
City, I hereby CEDE, SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale
unto the VENDEE, her heirs and assigns, a parcel of land more particularly
described as follows:

‘‘A parcel of land (Lot 6, Blk 1, of the consolidation subd. Plan


(LRA) PCS-9351 approved as a non-subdivision project, being a
portion of consolidation of Lot-3-B-2-F,(LRC)PSD-96366, Lot 1,
(LRC) PCS-5940, Lot 2 and 3, (LRC) Record No. 15048 situated
in the Bo.of San Rafael, Municipality of Tarlac, Province of
Tarlac, xxx containing an area of THREE HUNDRED ONE (301)
square meters, more or less.”

of which parcel of land I am the Absolute and registered owner and I


hereby warrant that the same is free from all liens and encumbrances.
