address at San Roque, La Paz, Tarlac for and in consideration of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(P300,000.00) only, Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid in full by DALISAY M. PASCUAL, of legal age,
Filipino, single, resident of and with postal address at Caramutan, La Paz, Tarlac do hereby SELL,
TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the said Vendee, a parcel of land which is more or
less described and bounded as follows:

Caramutan, Municipality of La Paz, Province of Tarlac . ….. containing an area of TWO
HUNDRED FORTEEN (214) square meters more or less, including all improvement
erected thereon.

That I hereby warrant my title over the above described parcel of land, with full right to dispose the
same, free from all liens and encumbrances and that henceforth full right of ownership and possession
