SHOTCRETING

a. Type of Shotcrete :-OPC 53 grade cement with M Sand

b. Test Panel : We can’t provide for this small work.

c. Past projects Photos are Enclosed

d. Protective clothing such as apron, face mask, hand gloves, shoes Safety Belts, Nets will be provided

e. Tools such as Compressor, Gunting machine, Hoses, Nozzle, water tank & other accessories
using for shotcreting works.

f. We ensure all Required PPE’S provided as per Bosch standards.

g. Survey marks of excavation line shall be established as per the sketch enclosed.

h. Leaving offset from the building line (as per site condition) slope shall be done.

i. The slope shall be maintained leaving at least 2 M from the existing building.

j. Scaffolding and working platforms shall be erected to facilitate nailing and shotcreting works.

k. Welded mesh of 50 mm x 50 mm x 2.8 mm shall be fixed on the trimmed surface using 8 mm

dia reinforcement –U- hooks.300mm to 800mm Depth-4 no’s /SQM

l. Nailing with 16 mm dia reinforcement of 2.50 m long shall be done at 400 mm c/c in a
staggered manner.

m. Shotcreting (ratio 1:2:3 / Cement: Sand: 6 mm aggregates) shall be applied to an average

thickness of 50 mm.

n. For Vertical & Horizontal Joints 50mm over lapping will be provided by welding mesh

o. Curing shall be done as per standard practice.

p. The above procedure shall be followed at every 1.5 m till the proposed excavation level.

q. Proper dewatering system shall be adopted to avoid stagnation of water at the toe point of
excavated surface.
