Project: (ALPHA STONE) CRUSHING PLANT

Location: SAN FRANCISCO-ANAO AON, SURIGAO CITY

Primary Raw Material: RIVER STONES

Machinery: JAW CRUSHER, CONE CRUSHER, VIBRATING SCREEN

The project Crushing Plant located at Anao-aon, Surigao City upon review has the
following issues, all of which can be attested by the attached set of data collected during the
various tests;

1. Cone Crusher capacity- in a series of Load tests and hour-mark tests of the system, there
is noticeable “choking” and spillage on the cone capacity.
2. Output Materials are mixed and not properly sorted.
3. Sand is mixed with silt and mud.
4. Site is not conditioned for year-round operations.
5. Site has no area designation for raw materials, products and other resources needed.

In line with this the following are the recommended alternative solutions:

1. Replace existing Cone crusher, preferably one that matches the capacity of the Jaw
Crusher (Preliminary Crusher).
2. Re-routing the system flow from Jaw Crusher (Preliminary Crusher) to Vibrating Screen
(Sorter), all of which modifications will be made at Vibrating Screen (Sorter).
3. Eliminate Return, use byproduct from return as “marketable G1” (G2) as well as feed for
Jaw Crusher (Primary Crusher).
4. At Vibrating Screen (Sorter), removing G1 screen to eliminate return and allow mixing of
G1 and ¾”.
5. Install a sprinkler system for the Vibrating Screen (Sorter) to eliminate impurities from
the products.
