E. ABSTRACTION
Group the class into 4. Each group will be given a manipulative material
resembling a tree with 8 removable leaves. Members should take turns in
answering each item in the vocabulary development. The answer must be
written on a leaf. Other members who are not on their turn to answer are
discouraged to coach co – member who is about to answer. If the chosen
member failed to answer correctly, a leaf from the group’s tree will be
removed and transferred to the group right next to them. If the answer is
correct, the leaf will remain on the tree. The group with most number of leaves
after all items are given will be the winning team.

process of recovery, what song will it be? Which specific lines of the song are

acrostic which will also stand as pieces of advice for those who endure life
and face the most difficult challenge of surpassing death. You can include
bible verses or famous life quotations.
GROUP 4: Create three hand mime steps of what the group thinks to be the
top three controlling symbols of the story. In each hand mime, one member
will explain its significance.
