1. INTRODUCTION
Gas Development Project for the Unitization of the Jambaran – Tiung Biru Field (herein
after called JTB Project) is located onshore in the Java Island, between the cities of
Cepu and Bojonegoro. The Processing Facility is needed to gather gas from various
wells, remove or reduce undesirable H2S and CO2 components to acceptable limits,
conform to sales gas specifications and safety, transporting the gas at the required
pressure, temperature, quantity and quality to the sales point.

1.1 Scope
This document is covered flexibility analysis for Piping System from SO2 Stripper Train A
(322-T1007) To SO2 Stripper Reboiler Train A (322-E1013) in 322 Unit for JTB Project.

1.2 Purpose

The propose of this calculation is design adequacy check of the piping system by the
following:
 To analyze and check the stress compliance of the selected piping system with code
of ASME B31.3 due to hydrotest, sustained, expansion, and occasional load.
 To obtain load on supports which are modelled with node number for each support
location and types.
 To verify loads on nozzle of equipments those are connected to the piping system
selected.
 To check vibration piping system.
