    Following points were observed during inspection of Ammonia Pumps Sr .No.2299


    & 2300 Vide Po No.: PO/19-20/12158, item no :Pump3667 .

    1. Material Test report will be sent to Frick India Ltd. of following parts
    a) Bearing Housing
    b) Casing and impeller
    c) Circle and Rod
    d) Stator and Rotor Can .
    2. Winding tests was conducted and all the parameters were found
    satisfactory.
    3. Hydrotest for complete assembly was conducted and no leak was found
    from casting and sealing area.
    4. Performance test was conducted and all the required parameters were
    reviewed and found ok.
    5. Strip down test conducted after running of pump no wear was observed on
    any parts.
    6. Internal QAP Reviewed by FIL.
