This inspection information based in part of OEM Ref: PO#NOI-20-175-JBL // MHD56087

The equipment has carried out inspection as part of control and repair after 05 years of
operation, and consist of:

x Clean all winch component parts in solvent (except drum brake bands and
discbrake friction plates).

x Dry each part using low pressure, filtered compressed air.

x Visual inspection (see visual inspection chapter).

x Repair.

x Perform NDT inspection for Drum, Eye Pads, Welding points and Support points.

x Calibration certificate.

x Qualification certificate.

Visual Inspection

In this category of inspection you should carrying out of the following instruction:

x Check the air tightness.

x Check the air filter and lubricator.

x Inspect drum for (dirt, wear, corrosion or any abnormal) as well as the anchor socket.

x Check the state of grease fitting.

x Check and clean the breathers.

x Check all air flexibles.

x Inspect the Motor and oil tightness on it.
