QUOTE VALIDITY : 30 DAYS
All Other additional requirements will be charged extra @ actuals
50 % of Grand Total Payment must pay in advance on signing and approval. (Cheque for Doo Events & Entertainment,Cochin.)
50% of Grand Total Payment must pay after the bill-7 Days.(Cheque for Doo Events & Entertainment,Cochin.)
50% of the amount will be charge able for any cancellation of the booking after giving the approval. ((Cheque for Doo Events & Entertainment,Cochin.)
100% of the amount will be charge able for any cancellation of the booking after starting and installing the equipments. (Cheque for Doo Events & Entrtainment,Cochin.)
Any failure or delay in making timely confirmations & payments in accordance with this agreement entitles Doo Events & Entertainment to terminate this
agreement immediately and to lease all activity without any further notice.
After Approval, any Extra days and other Extra equipments will be charge separately.
In the event of any unresolved dispute, the matter shall be referred for settlement at the appropriate court.
The Client shall have the responsibility to take up its own insurance policy for the equipment for the period during which the equipment is in its position.
Should the above conditions be acceptable to you, kindly issue a Local Purchase order for the amount to Doo Events & Entertainment.

License for the Crew
Required Power Supply
Permissions for vehicles and equipments
Resolution of dispute, if any:
Once the proposal is accepted, it will be subject to the laws of the Indian Constitution.
