HR Payroll
PPMHUB provides a different system for the employee to access their complete information related to salary. So
that once employee received the salary, they would get to know all the transaction done in the payslip. We
provide detail information so that employee should get satisfaction where deductions have been done. The
employee is allowed to check there leave application, how much is remaining, how many get into loss of pay,
how many carry forward and what will be encashment count when the employee is leaving the organization.
Shift management helps the employee to check there the entire week working hours, and they update it
accordingly. When the employee meets the company requirement and that happy moment has been given into
employees account via direct payment. The company provides employee bonus, and that will reflect into the
payslip, they can help the employee by providing the option of emergency advance. Also, sometimes when there

and resource planning.

The Report Management of PPMHUB provides all the reports of various module place. It is a centralised reporting
module. We have Financial Accounting Reports, Plant Maintenance Reports, Operation Orders Reports, Project
Management Reports, Employee Reports and Employer Reports. All the data shown in the reports are fetched
from the respective modules.

Company Management
Company management provides all the company details. It gives information about the role, manages the user.
Company authorised person can change the position of the user.
You can maintain the company details such as TFN, GST number, Logo address information about the company
here. The forms in various sections and purchase orders will use the centralised information maintained in the
company management sub-module.

Role Management
Every organisation requires an employee with a different role to perform a function.
The PPMHUB Role Management module will provide a platform to create and define different roles according to
yourrequirements.
Document Management
If you add documents in any of the modules, it will automatically appear in the document management module.
In this section, users can manage all of the module's documentation. Users have two document management
options. One internal with the cloud ERP solution and another external to our cloud ERP

“ppmhub. app” is an external document management system.

Users can share the documents to user id's or external e-mails. The document management system will act as a
collaborative folder.

Customer Relationship Management

PPMHUB cloud CRM module is on the mainstream cloud ERP platform with complete integration. It is a simple
CRM module with all features like customer summary, customer interaction records, address management,
appointment management, e-mail campaign with mail chimp integration, SMS campaign with Twilio
integration, complaint management, contract management.

Point of Sale
The PPMHUB POS module is part of the cloud ERP solution with complete ERP integration with material Inventory
and sales order module. Also, the Loyalty points system, gift cards management, transactions to cancel
incomplete transactions, to cancel approved sales, and to enter customer complaints.
