distribution. But in Ecuador is this situation also present? Of course. Then we can divide
best the spectrum through of three main criteria: prioritization of services, equal
distribution and penalty for waste of resources.
Priority the services we help to divide best the spectrum. We must prioritize the services
that generate growth of the society and economy, motivating to corporations to improve
your process and products and be more competitive. Prioritizing of services allow exploit
new spaces of work, for example: best internet connections, mobile phone, etc. And
relegate others that no produce growth.
Equal distribution helps to divide best the spectrum allowing that no only one big
corporation controlling all the market but also others organization can get the same
opportunities of offers your products and services. In this case the big corporations also
must improve your services to be competitive.
Penalty for waste of spectrum help to divide best the spectrum decreasing de portion of spectrum
that even being assigned, this don't be used correctly and not efficiently.

All this recommendation allows us improve the division of spectrum correctly and efficiently, helping
to growth of the countries and the society.
