 On campus
o Banners, posters
o Introduce freebies for all participants and spectators, such as LED wristbands and more
o Conduct surveys regarding day-to-day operational issues for common tasks and
awareness for the same
o Put up posters highlighting different concepts and ideas of Ops Management in different
areas of the campus
o Take video interviews of committee secretaries, asking them what issues/bottlenecks
they face while conducting events. Post these videos to spread awareness
 Off campus
o Visit technical education institutions in Jamshedpur and make students aware about
basic operational strategies, preferably with hands-on approach
o Put up banners in some happening parts of the city (such as P&M Mall and Jubilee
Park), highlighting the key events and the guest lecturers
o Promote the Symposium through advertisements on columns, in newspapers
 Social media
o Use relevant hashtags - #axiom #cyclops #cyclops #cyclops2019 #cyclops19 to increase
social media outreach
o Create short teaser videos to generate more views and engagement
o Create more engagement with interactive sessions on Facebook page, through quizzes
and suggestion polls
o Keep posting updates on various platforms like Twitter, Youtube, Facebook and
Instagram
