Seminar Report
Providing useful insights about basic soft skills and business communication were the main
facets of the seminar provided by Mr. Tarun. In the seminar Mr. Tarun showcased new
perspective in allowing the students to recognise the difference between many basic terms
like hearing and learning, reaction and response, and how these basic terms affects
communication.
By providing these inputs accordingly, he not only increased the ideas of the students but also
helped each one identify true aspects of communication.
The seminar revolved around various models like Peoples capability and maturity model,
swat analysis, Critical path management etc., which helps an individual to improve his/her
communication skills.
Over all the seminar was highly interactive and very informative for all the students.
And I m sure that these skills will not only help us during our course but also in our future
endeavours.
