assigning Ms. Margarette Xena D. Cepeda a Regular Employee of Mirof
Resources, Inc. with DOLE Certificate of Registration No. NCR-MPFO-72600-
72911-098-R to your store.

The above FASHION CONSULTANT will be assigned to your store for a period
of 6 months. She will be reporting in your store every ___AM-___PM from
Monday-Sunday with one rest day a week.

She will be mainly responsible for:

1) Assisting customers and answering their product queries

2) Arranging, displaying and taking stock positions of our products

3) Recording sales and recommend products for reordering from factory

as the need arises
