We are planning our annual event X, which is one of the biggest Cultural management fest in
India. Each year X host a variety of events in it.
Our cultural events include runway roll Dhwani, Sonix , Tamasha and Footloose.
We also host business gaming and interest events, some of them are Model United Nations,
RJ Hunt, Indian Classical Art Film Making, Litfest, Quizzing.
This Year we are planning to include CSR initiatives in our fest. Some ideas that we have
come up with are:
1. Sustainable Fashion Show:
The show will promote the sustainable apparel and footwear which will promote
environment friendly apparel techniques as well as production techniques. It will
also promote student’s aesthetic and business sense while organizing the event
and designing the clothes. It will create an awareness amongst the people of
sustainable apparel.

2. Sapling Plantation:
During the Fani a number of trees were uprooted which caused a severe damage to
the flora of the campus. During the event we will plant around 200 hundred
samplings inside the campus and around 500 in the nearby places which will help
in the restoration of the campus greenery.

In order to host these events we require sponsorship of 1,00,000 INR and your support so
that we can host a successful event.
