Subject:- Sponsorship proposal for the annual fest of Maharaja Agrasen College

The cultural council of Maharaja Agrasen College feels proud to announce that “YUVAAN” the
two day annual fest has been scheduled on the 1st and 2nd March 2011.

Maharaja Agrasen College is one of the premier colleges of the Delhi University and has been
consistently ranked among the top colleges of the university. The college has continued to
produce many university toppers over the last few years and also the students who have been
succeeding in getting into the best colleges of the country for post graduation year after year.

“YUVAAN” the annual fest successfully attracts students in huge numbers from around the
university as well as other universities to participate in number of events like turncoat, splash,
ullhas etc. which are held during the fest. The huge footfall is all because of the very efficient
organization of events done by the members of society.

One of the main factors in successful organization of the fest is finance. To cater to the financial
needs of the fest we request you to consider sponsoring the fest, which would be beneficial for
both the college as well as the organization to a very large extent. Along with providing a base to
commercialize your organization amongst a large group of students, it is a noble cause of helping
the students to develop their organizational and managerial skills. We hope that you would give a
thought to our request and help us in successful organization of the fest.

Sponsorship Scheme
We have following schemes to offer for the event.

Benefits to the main sponsor

We have the provision of ONE main sponsor who would be required to sponsor the
event with Rs.1 lakhs only. The main sponsor will enjoy following benefits
through the sponsorship.

The fest will be presented through the main sponsor as “The Maharaja
Agrasen College and ABC presents YUVAAN 2011” this title along with
the logo will be up on the fest posters which will be put up across the Delhi
University, JNU, IP university and various other popular places across the
city.
Title sponsor will be given a single page coloured advertisement in the
annual college magazine “AGRANIKA”
A stall can be put up for the duration of fest to market a product or services.
10-15 banners of the sponsor will be put at eminent locations of college.
Regular announcement of the main sponsor will be made during the various
events being held.

Benefits to the co-sponsors

We have the provisions for co-sponsors for the fest who will be required to sponsor
the event with Rs.25,000 only.

A half page colour advertisement in the annual magazine “AGRANIKA”.

Logos and names will be prominently shown on the poster of the fest.
Each co-sponsor can put up a stall for the duration of the fest.
Banners will be put up at prominent places of the college.
Regular announcement will be made during the event

We have following extra options that may be accepted as per your choice and
convenience:

Sponsor for a particular event Rs. 10000
Full page advertisement in magazine Rs. 10000
Half page advertisement in magazine Rs. 8000
