AN INTER COLLEGE FEST

ABOUT THE COLLEGE

 RAM LAL ANAND COLLEGE was set up in 1964 by

philanthropist and legal luminary Late Ram Lal Anand. The
college was managed by Ram Lal Anand Trust until it was taken
over by UNIVERSITY OF DELHI in July, 1973. Since then it is being
run as a Delhi University Maintained Institution. The college,
located in the picturesque surroundings with the Aravali range
around it, is a part of the South Campus of Delhi University. The
EVENING COLLEGE was started in 1973. Both boys and girls are
admitted to Humanities, Arts and Commerce courses at the
undergraduate level. The management of the college is looked
after by a Statutory Governing Body constituted by Delhi
University.
ABOUT LEHAR
 LEHAR is an art and culture festival organized by Ram Lal Anand
College (Eve.) annually. It consists of various events and activities
pertaining to competitions and performances of various forms in
performing arts, as well as academics and education. These Events
are:-

Ad-Mad Business Plan Debate

Rangoli Face-Painting Movie Spoof
Dalal Street Counter Strike Treasure Hunt
Quiz Group Dance Band Beats

A CELEBRITY performance will wrap up the Event as an whole.

Lehar 2010

 LEHAR 2010 was an successful event lead last year on 19 th of

FEBRUARY 2010. Students Turnover for the event was over 15000.
The events conducted were:-

Solo Song Rangoli Debate

Ad-Mad Street Play Fashion Show
Band Group Dance

CELEBRITY Performance was marked up to the expectations.

THE EXTENSIONS

 A FEW Extensions and Changes are made this year to attract

maximum participation. These changes are:-
 6 New Events have been added to encourag more
participation
 Cultural program at the end of Day 1.

 Entry for students of other universities allowed.

 Online Registration through a website.

 Media coverage (television, radio & newspaper).

 Renowned CELEBRITY performance (Faridkot band).

 More than 8000 students anticipated this year.

 Leading politicians as Guest of Honor.

 Wide and gracious publicity of the festival.

EVENT SPONSOR

EVENT Sponsors can take out 12 different events in the

festival, whichever they can relate best to themselves.

Each event* will be given out for Rs. 25,000* (Twenty five
Thousand) only.

Sponsors can also give Special Merchandise to Winners of

competition. They can also give sponsors in Kind.

Sponsorship for the Event of Group Dance and Band will be given
out for Rs. 30,000 (thiry Thousand) only.

*EVENTS EXCLUDE GROUP DANCE AND BAND COMPETITIONS.

o Associate partners will be given the following benefits:
o 5 stand up board to be put up at the venue.
o Name & logo to be printed in the banners, posters & pamphlets
as associate sponsors.
o Will be allowed to set up 1 kiosk at the venue.
o They will be allowed to distribute their merchandise in the event.
