PROCLAMATION NO. 409

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 311, DATED APRIL 3, 1930, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE SETTLEMENT FARM
SCHOOL RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANAY, PROVINCE OF RIZAL ISLAND OF LUZON, CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE
LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR VEGETABLE FARMS PURPOSES.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I,
FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of the Proclamation No. 311, dated April 3,
1930, which established the settlement farm school reservation situated in the municipality of Tanay, Province of Rizal, island of Luzon,

certain portions of the land embraced therein andProclamation

for vegetable from purposes under the administration of the Director of
Plant Industry, subject to private rights, if any there be, to future survey, and to its reversion as farm school site in the event its use as a

portion of Lot 2, Pr. 137 (for school site purposes); on the E., by Roads; on the SW., by Private Property; and on the W., by Cuyambay River.
