DEAR STUDENTS,
Please find the following guidelines for activation
of the 2020 Course Registration "Rishum-Net" System:
New students:
Students will be presented with programs
offered in the departments to which they
have been accepted. Students taking a
double-major will select one program from
each department in the list, or a joint
program, when applicable.
Continuing students:
The programs displayed present the
continuation of the academic program
from the previous year.
When?
The system will open on Tuesday, 3 September
2019 at 10:00 am according to the schedule
updated here.
Where?

How?
After selecting the programs of your choice,
you will be presented with a list of relevant
courses.
Note: The registration process for some of
the courses will be completed immediately.
However, the registration for other courses
will be held at a later date using a lottery system
that will assign students to different groups.
Courses included in the lottery system will
be marked with
Wherever groups are included in the lottery
system, students will be permitted to select
one or more courses from the compulsory
list presented.
Registration for courses in the lottery
system will be approved or denied based
on the lottery results.

Students can build schedules
that take all courses into account,
including those that are and are not
included in the lottery system.
Students' registration will be finalized only
for those courses not included in the lottery
system.
Students who only select courses that are
not included in the lottery system will be
able to finalize their curriculum at this stage.
Waiting lists:
Waiting lists will open for courses or groups
that have reached their full capacity.
If a placement should become available,
the system will conduct a lottery among
the students on the waiting list.
Students who win the lottery will be registered
automatically, without any further need for
the system's approval.
