His excellency, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte while wearing his iconic barong
Tagalog delivered his second state of the nation address to roughly 3,000 law

get rid of all the drug users in the country, the drug users rate decreases by 1.2
million in May 2017 and he promise that war on drugs will be jail or hell. Meanwhile
Duterte also believes that martial law is the best solution for the Marawi crisis.

The state of the Nation Address (abbreviated SONA; Filipino: Talumpati sa Kalagayan ng
banda is an annual address by the president of the Philippines to a joint session of the
Congres of the Philippines. The SONA , which is often broadcast serves as a means yo
inform the nation about its present economic, political, and social condition. It is also a
vihicle for the President to summerise the accomplishment and plans of his/her progrmme
of government both of a particular year and until the end of their term of office.

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte delivered on Monday July 22, 2019 his fourth state of the
Nation address (SONA) in front of around 3 000 lawmakers and guest at the Batasan
Pambansa in Quezon City.

During Duterte's Fourth State of the Nation address (SONA), public school teachers and
nurses became hopeful after the president mentioned that a new Salary Standardization
Law (SSL) will be passed to answerd their calls for salary increase.

Based on the SONA, ine thing that i realized is that is takes a village to build a better
community. Hand in hand if people of the goverment anf laypeople will do a
collaborative effort, nothing is impossible. Together, we shall rise at the pedestal. So
teacher must recognize and respect because they spend more time to the students than
their family thats why they must consider as our hero.
 MY REACTION PAPER ON SONA IN
PRESIDENT DUTERTE

Isang punto lang ang nakita ko sa sinabi niya.Ang tunay na malasakit at pagmamahal
nia sa aging banda at mamamayan.It's a given and obvious fact that the president is
after the welfare of our country and fellowmen. He is very sincere and straight forward
with his feelings and intention,hopefully,we the Filipino health support to his goals by
having change start within ourselves.

Dati,soa na puro sisi ngayon son a na Hinding-hindi ka magsisisi so far the longest son a
in the Philippine history in masarap lang pakinggan. Hope all of the method proposals be
seen in the future thumbs up.Reform sa tax infrastructures health etc....ano pa and
mahihiling mo sapul halos lahat nag immediate needs ng pinoy ngayonIto lang ang
sons name nagkainterest ako di nakakaantok walang palabok ang mga salita madaling
maintidihan higit sa lahat maraming pagbabago.Hindi ako nagsisisi name binoto ko siya

Okay and sina ni Mr.pres . mataas at malaman pero maraming side notes damang
dama ko ang eagerness niya for change the sona made me love pres Du30 even more
Sana ma's imaging direct to the point siya.

REACTION GLIMPSE

Mr.pres is also promise to stand beside the troops that me fighting for the peace and
order of the city. President Duterte with the armed forces chief Eduardo Año requested
an intension for martial law since they do not just want to finish the terrorism in marawi
but intension for peace in the whole Mindanao region..As for the issue will the big one
pres. beg to approve the disaster respond bill to ensure the safety of the people near the
west valley illegal meaning is also discuss wearing he woried the owners to bring back
the original state of the invironment or he will rase tax education wiest Duterte cunfined
that he is committed to the full implementation of K-12 coriculum this program converse
the raining that student may undergo to inpprove the particle skills the learning mobility
and the Filipinos lifelong learning.
 REACTION PAPER SONA 2019 SUMMARY
I respectfully request to congress to retainable the death penalty for crimes because of
drugs.

Believe me ,I will end my term fighting. It pains me to say that we have not learned our
lesson .Illegal drug persists, corruption continues.

To borrow the language of Filipino.Sionil Jose,we have not risen above and beyond the
parochial interest.

It is a sad commentary that we cannot distinguish our need from our greed ,real from
fake truth from a lie.

We people ,talk too much,act little and too slow.

Congress has to postpone Bry and SK election to 2022.The suspension of the barangay
and youth elections and establishment of new executive departments for migrant
workers,water resources and resilience are among the priority measures that president
Rodrigo Roa Duterte wishes the 18th Congress would pass .Duterte on resolving WEST
PHILIPPINE SEA DISPUTE:I will do it in a peaceful way ,mindful of the fact that it is national
pride and territorial at stake.

West Philippine sea is ours,there is no ifs and buts.We have been acting along that legal
truth line.But we have to temper it with the times and the realities that we face
today".President Duterte Asked Congress to restaine death penalty for heinous crimes
related to illegal drugs.

Increase the salary for teachers and nurses.

I support the proposed measure to create the National Academy Of sports For High
school students.

Pass the National Land use act within this year.

Natural disaster are poverty creators, we need a Department of Disaster Resilience.

Land Bank should go back to land.Why are you so mired in So many commercial
transactions?Bumalik kayo where you were created for.That is help the farmers.

Coconut levy fund is sacred money.

We are entering the period of consequence, the consequence of what we did & did
not do and what we should have done.Though we cannot change the past,but we can
change the future.

I dream of a better Philippines different from the one I grew up with.

Our goal the next 3 year is clear .A comfortable life for all Filipinos.
