Crushers:

A construction crusher signifies a piece of equipment that is

intended to reduce the size of large rocks or gravel, for
construction purposes. Crushers can also be utilized to
transform the shape of waste matter for simplicity in disposal,
or recycling.

Hydraulic Concrete Crushers:

Concrete crushers that operate hydraulically are employed for

the efficient demolition of concrete. They are also known as
concrete breakers and concrete processors. These crushers
reduce the concrete size into pieces that can be easily managed
or recycled and split the concrete from steel reinforcement.
Numerous types of jaws are used, including the shear jaws,
cracking jaws, and pulverizing jaws. The jaws used are in
accordance with the material characteristics, and the size
required by crushing. These crushers have the capability to
perform numerous functions with the same demolition tool.

Feeders:

Feeders are aggregate plant machines that are used to supply

and regulate the entrance flow to the various processing
machines, mainly the crushers, which receive the material from
the hoppers. Various types of feeders exist: the swaying feeder,
the board feeder, the band feeder, the disk feeder, electro-
magnetic feeders and vibratory feeders. They are associated
with the conveyor belts that move the material from and to the
various units or to the storage areas.

Pumping Equipment:

In construction a pump is a machine used for transferring

liquid concrete by pumping. The first type of concrete pump is
attached to a truck or longer units are on semi-trailers. It is
known as a boom concrete pump because it uses a remote-
controlled articulating robotic arm (called a boom) to place
concrete accurately.
Usually, piston pumps are used, because they can produce
hundreds of atmospheres of pressure. Such piston-style pumps
can push cylinders of heterogenous concrete mixes (aggregate
+ cement).
