17 August (Day 1): ♦ Heavy to very heavy rainfall at a few places with extremely heavy falls at isolated places very likely
over Punjab; Heavy to very heavy rainfall with extremely heavy falls at isolated places over Gangetic West Bengal; Heavy
to very heavy rainfall at isolated places over Jammu & Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh &
Delhi, Rajasthan, Odisha, Jharkhand, Tamilnadu, Puducherry & Karaikal, Rayalaseema, Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and
Heavy rainfall at isolated places over West Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Maharashtra, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal &
Sikkim, Chhattisgarh,Assam & Meghalaya, Coastal & South Interior Karnataka, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
♦ Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning very likely at isolated places over Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal & Sikkim
and Odisha.
♦ Strong winds, speed reaching 45-55 kmph, are very likely to prevail over westcentral & southwest Arabian Sea. Squally
weather likely to prevail over southeast Bay of Bengal, Andaman Sea, north Bay of Bengal and Odisha-West Bengal
coasts.Fishermen are advised not to venture into these areas.

18 August (Day 2): ♦ Heavy to very heavy rainfall with extremely heavy falls at isolated places very likely over Himachal
Pradesh; Heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places over Gangetic West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand,
Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh & Delhi and Heavy rainfall at isolated places over West Uttar Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Puducherry
& Karaikal, Bihar and Chhattisgarh.
♦ Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning very likely at isolated places over Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal & Sikkim
and Odisha.
♦ Strong winds, speed reaching 45-55 kmph, are very likely to prevail over westcentral & southwest Arabian Sea. Fishermen
are advised not to venture into these areas.

19 August (Day 3): ♦ Heavy rainfall very likely at isolated places over East Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar and Chhattisgarh.
♦ Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning likely at isolated places over Jharkhand and Bihar.
♦ Strong winds, speed reaching 45-55 kmph, are likely to prevail over southwest Arabian Sea. Fishermen are advised not to
venture into these areas.

20 August (Day 4): ♦ Heavy rainfall likely at isolated places over Kerala, Coastal Karnataka, East Uttar Pradesh, East
Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
♦ Strong winds, speed reaching 45-55 kmph, are likely to prevail over southwest Arabian Sea. Fishermen are advised not to
venture into these areas.

21 August (Day 5): ♦ Heavy rainfall likely at isolated places over Kerala, Coastal & South Interior Karnataka, Andaman &
Nicobar Islands, East Uttar Pradesh, East Rajasthan, Konkan & Goa, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
♦ Strong winds, speed reaching 45-55 kmph, are likely to prevail over southwest Arabian Sea. Fishermen are advised not to
venture into these areas.
