Söring – innovative surgery
As one of the pioneering forces in ultrasonic technology, Söring has been supplying the
international market with innovative solutions in ultrasonic and high-frequency sur-
gery for over two decades. Söring not only leads the field in ultrasonic technology but
is also unique in providing solutions for contact-free cold plasma coagulation. Söring’s
success has been based on an uncompromising search for innovative improvements, re-
liable product quality, proverbial German thoroughness and a flexible response to mar-
ket needs through customised solutions. Innovative surgery – so you and your patients
benefit.
HF technology offers surgeons outstanding cutting and coagulation solutions. The inci-
sions made with a HF surgical instrument easily compare in smoothness with those of a
traditional scalpel. Dissection occurs when the extra- and intracellular fluid is heated up
so fast it explosively evaporates and destroys tissue cells and cell junctions. Coagulation
of the extra- and intra-cellular protein occurs when tissue is heated up to more than
50° C and the perforated blood vessels contract to close completely. The loss of liquid
also causes the cells to contract and the cell walls to fuse. With a monopolar unit the HF
current flows through the patient’s body from the active to the neutral electrode. With
a bipolar unit the HF current merely flows between two neighbouring electrodes on the
respective surgical instrument and not through the patient’s body.
innovative surgery
all the hf you need
The Söring mbc-200 is an electro-surgical HF instrument designed for monopolar cutting and
coagulation and bipolar coagulation applications. Although the Söring mbc-200 is considerably less
expensive than most other high-end instruments, it is ideal for around 85 % of all electro-surgical
applications. The Söring mbc-200 is extremely easy to use because the number of display functions
has been reduced to the necessary minimum. By combining the Söring mbc-200 with the Söring
bcc-140, a bipolar coagulation and cutting unit, you gain an unparalleled degree of flexibility in your
applications – not least because both Söring units can be combined with any number of surgical
instruments.
Why invest in unnecessarily high power? The Söring mbc-200 is all you need for effective cutting
and coagulation. Verbunden damit werden hier ebenfalls die Nutzervorteile - des Produkts (Produkt-
USP) aufgezählt –

more flexibility in surgery
A full electro-surgical device for general surgery and gastroen-
terology utilises all the monopolar functions and the bipolar
coagulation function.
Combining the mbc-200 with a bcc-140 enhances the usability
even further through the two additional fully functional bipolar
outlets.
