3. Art of giving Introduction: activity on styles of giving introduction and

writing self introduction.

4. Success Mantra: Qualities required for being successful in life by

Brainstorming. Employability re visited .

5. PDP session and workplace etiquettes: meeting the person for the first
time, body language etc ( includes training in two sessions ). Time and
Stress Management .

6. Art of Communication skills: Soft skills vs. Hard Skills .Neutral accent
and barriers to communication and influencers in communication .
Importance of English language , Common fears in learning and how to
overcome them

Activity : Chinese Whisper

7. Career Mapping and counselling. Individual counselling sessions

Activity : Psychometric Tests .

8. ELPM Introduction and exercises: Deciding level through Test. ELPM

Modules and activity based exercises. Reading, writing and spoken
English .Test at regular intervals, assessment and feedback. It is run
parallel to other sessions .

9. Employability: Features and traits . Recruitment policy of leading

companies and preparing for the drive.

10. Aptitude tests: Modules on aptitude building .

11. GD: Mastering art of Group discussion.

12. Mastering art of Personal Interview: Activity : court martial .

13. Improving General knowledge through exercise and activities.

14. Improving General awareness: current affairs, building views and
expression on Current affairs through news paper (everyday exercise).

15. Introduction to Entrepreneurship. Have you got what it in you ????

All the activities include mock sessions with faculties and industry experts .
Also special workshop on Resume writing and guidance to all the students
individually on their resume.
