1) AIIMS Patna reserves the right to verify the identity and genuineness of each candidate by taking thumb impression and photograph of the
candidate or by other means.

2) In order to get entrance into examination venue candidates must bring:

A) Printed ADMIT CARD of AIIMS Patna and only Pencil (ALL CANDIDATES. No Exceptions)

No material/paper including the envelope of the Admit Card is allowed in the Examination Hall.

B) Photo ID card issued by the Competent Govt. Authority such as: Aadhaar Card/ PAN Card/ Driving License/Bank Pass Book/ Elector's
Photo ID Card (EPIC)/ Passport containing photograph of candidate. No photocopies/Scanned copy will be accepted.

3) Candidates must bring his/her 2 recent passport size coloured Photographs and afix on the desired location on the Admit Card and Sign at the
provided area in presence of the invigilator at the time of exam.

4) No candidate shall be allowed to bring Mobile Phones or any other means of Wireless Communication, either in the working or switch-off
mode, Calculators and any kind of Electronic Gadgets inside the Examination Hall. No candidate will be allowed to carry any sort of watches/
jewellery / tie pin/ hair clips / lockets /pen / water bottle or any other suspicious material of any kind. If any candidate is found with any such
articles in his/ her possession, his/ her candidature shall be cancelled summarily and this will entail legal action. All India Institute of Medical
Sciences, Patna, will not provide any arrangement for custody of such articles.

5) Any unruly behaviour/ disturbance at the Examination Hall will be viewed seriously and may entail disciplinary proceedings against the
concerned candidate. Copying or noting down questions is strictly prohibited and any such attempt will lead to disqualification of the
candidate.

6) Store Keeper Cum Clerk examination will commence at 9:00 A.M. sharp. The candidate should report at the examination venue at 08:00 A. M.
The entry of the Main Gate will be closed at 08:30 A.M.

ु 9:00 बजे से शु होगी। उ मीदवार को पर ा थल पर सबह

7) Junior Administrative Assistant examination will commence at 02:00 P.M. sharp. The candidate should report at the examination venue at
01:00 P.M. The entry of the Main Gate will be closed at 01:30 P.M
Junior Administrative Assistant पर ा 02:00 PM बजे से शु होगी। उ मीदवार को पर ा थल पर 01:00 PM पर रपोट करना चा हए । मेन गेट का वेश
01:30 PM बजे बंद हो जाएगा।
8) Please note that no arrangement would be provided for the safe custody of Mobiles, Bags etc. at the centre. Examination centre is not
responsible for safe keeping of your belongings at the centre.

9) Only Visually Handicapped (VH) candidates or with disability in the dominant hand with equal to or more than 40% handicap and Cerebral
Palsy Candidates (who have already mentioned in their applications) will be allowed to bring their own Scribe assistance as per the rules, only
if they opt for same during making choice for their centre.The Institute will not be responsible to make any exception or consideration if any
candidate fails to declare same and make correct choice while making choice for his/her centre. Scribe accompanying the candidate is
required to bring his / her Government approved Photo ID and follow all rules as mentioned in the Admit Card.

10) This does not give any guarantee for employment/admission. If it is found later at any stage that any candidate does not fulfill any of the
conditions of eligibility as Advertised, his/her candidature will be cancelled

11) Candidate should satisfy himself / herself that he / she fulfil as all the conditions of eligibility to avoid any disappoint.

12) Rough sheets will be provided for calculation which must be returned after the test. Candidate should clearly write his/her name and Roll No.
on each rough sheet.
गणना के लए Rough sheets दान कए जाएंगे जो पर ण के बाद लौटाए जाने चा हए। उ मीदवार को प ट प से येक Rough sheets पर अपना नाम और रोल
नंबर लखना चा हए।
13) Jurisdiction for disputes, if any, is exclusively before competent courts at Patna only.

14) No Candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall until full examination time is over.

15) Admit card is to be handed over to the Test Administrator/Invigilator in the examination hall along with the self attested photocopy of the photo
identity proof (as mentioned above).You should signature on the declaration provided on the admit Card in the presence of the Invigilator.
Candidate is advised to keep a candidate copy of the admit card for their future reference.

16) In case, change in the name by the candidate after/before marriage, the candidate must bring the original matriculation certificate along with
original Identification Card. The identity of the candidate will be matched from the proofs to be provided by the candidate.

17) Candidates are required to register themselves on Biometric system before commencement of Test, therefore, for capturing Bio-metric data,
candidates are advised not to apply any external material on their hands/foot like mehandi, ink etc. Once the Biometric attendance/Capturing
of photograph at the Registration Desk is done, such candidate will not be allowed to leave the Exam Room/Hall before end of the online
test/examination.

18) In order to familiarize with the online Computer Based Test/Examination, the candidates are advised to go through the demo (mock test)

19) The compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour of examination will be allowed only to such PwD (Persons with Disabilities) candidates who is
eligible for the facility of Scribe as per rule as mentioned. Such VH/OH candidates will have to bring their own scribe (writer for CBT) along
with duly filed prescribed proforma at the examination centre on the day of examination for verification.

21) Please retain this admit card carefully for future records as the same is required to be produced at the time of skill test/interview/checking of
documents.
