Research Objective

The purpose of the study is to determine the significant relationship of the employees.
Specially, this study has the following objective.

1. To assess the level of job satisfaction, free time and leisure activities in individual life
work of the of senior high school evening class working student in terms of :

1.1 efficiency of work


1.2 enthusiasm of work
1.3 organized
1.4 resourcefulness of work

2. To ascertain the level of conflict and interference of individual life work in senior
high school evening class working students in terms of:

2.1 time and activity limitation


2.2 difficulty of relaxation
2.3 lack of time for the employee itself, at school and at home

3. To determine the significant relationship of job satisfaction, free time and leisure
activities connecting with conflict and interference of working students individual life
works.
Background
The Objective of this survey is to understand how to Work Balance affects the
employee in the service sector. This questionnaire is part of the research study.
Work life balance is understood as your level of satisfaction with your work-life,
family-life, personal-life, social-life and organization roll in employee life. The full
Questionnaire should take approximately fifteen minutes to complete. Your personal
information will remain confidential.
