Conclusion
Based on the data gathered and results of the study, the

researchers conclude the following:


1. Majority of the respondents are 18-20 years old (42%).
2. Majority of the respondents according to their year level are
4th Year BSBA college students (38%).
3. Majority of the respondents are male (60%).
4. Majority of the respondents are BSBA student are under the
Financial Management (60%).
5. Majority of the respondents are working 8 hours on their
work (42%).
6. Majority of the respondents are working in a fast
food/services (54%).
7. Majority of the respondents has an income of 6,ooo and
above (26%).
8. Majority of the respondents are working in Day shift (70%).
9. Majority of the respondents have been working 37 months
and above (24%).
10. Majority of the respondents have a good general average on
their academic performance while doing as part-time worker is
2.00-2.25 (52%).
11. Majority of the concerns of the respondents why they are
choosing to work while studying is because of financial needs
(34%).
12. Majority of the respondents are balancing their work and
study (48%).
13. The biggest factors that affect the academic performance of
working students is their Well-being.

14. Work-life Balance is the primary factors that affect the aca-

demic performance of the working students because they are

productive on what are they doing and to be an effective em-

ployee on their work.


15. The research found out that working students know how to manage their time on their work

even on their academic performance. But being a working while studying will limit their time for

their personal life.

16. On the Academic Performance of the working students they shows that have good academic per-

formance that they have time spend the learning of working students while studying.

17. The main factors that influencing college students to involve in working is their Time Manage-

ment because the working students know how to manage their time well on working while studying.

18. The researchers found out that the number of working students will rapidly increase. All the stu-

dents were qualifying to work while studying but majority of them will experience various challenges

or consequence of being a working students which is Physical and mental health that may lead to

them to not be focus on their academic performance


Recommendation
The researcher recommends to the future researcher who want to conduct the

same topic in order to gather/get more reliable data/information about the factors

that affect the academic performance of the working students are the following:

1. When you have gathered data probably you can better to get the all the list of the

working students in every in year level or in their specialize major to get all the

students who are working. After that from those respondent we pick 5 respondents to

have a one on one interview while using the recorder.


2. The researcher also recommend that if you do the same research, it is better if you

continue or do this similar topic when there was a respondents that are working

students who are under the Accountancy Business related courses to measure that

affects their academic performance.

3. And for the future researchers the researchers recommend that while doing the survey

questionnaire you create your own questions and add more factors to measure know the

most effective factors that affect their academic performance of the working students.
