    Dearest fellow Science Educators,

    Good morning!

    Last August 2, 2019, I attended the Science Planning Conference held at ANTRECCO Training Center, Butuan
    City. Topics discussed were all about the upcoming Science Fair 2019, which will be held on September 4-6,
    2019. As to the venue, Carmen, RTR, Magallanes and Santiago, are the choices of Ma’am Basul. We will just
    wait for her final announcement. For the secondary, events to be contested are as follows:

    Also, last August 6, 2019, all Science teachers, both elementary and secondary were called for a short
    conference by Sir Solen at the District Office. Mrs. Guerra, Ms.Gonzaga, and I were able to attend the said
    conference. The main purpose of that meeting was to get the commitment of the Science teachers for the
    Science Fair, especially us, Buenavista SPED HS Science teachers, since we are the lone high school in our
    district. He wanted us all to have our participation in all events to be contested.

    With this, please fill in the table your name in the event where you would want to participate. And if you can,
    write also the name/s of the student/s you want to coach in the individual quiz.
    As soon as the list is complete, we will convene again for finalization.
