the business center in ITC Sonar.

INTRODUCTION
Business center is a 24x7 operational facility containing state of the art business amenities catering to the
needs of the in-house as well as non-resident guests. This facility is strictly not allowed for any
administrative staff of the hotel.

Billing Process
The billing at the business center is done on two softwares:

 Micros: Whenever the customer is ready to settle the bill directly after using the service, the bill is
generated through this software. The customer either does a cash or card transaction, for which they
get a customer copy of the bill.
 Opera: If the guest opts for later settlement, the bill is then automatically transferred to the Opera
software. This charge is added to the room and is then settled at the time of checkout.

Facilities
The following facilities are provided at the business centre:

 Internet
 This facility is available solely for the in-house guests and in some case for the banquet
guests. This facility is not open for walk-in guests.
 4 systems are currently operational.
 Wi-Fi
 The Wi-Fi facility can be used by anyone at the hotel. It is provided on a chargeable basis.
