WEIGHTS--When flying we cannot bring our weight poles with us. We request the use of
sandbags, or something similar (even gym weights or cinderblocks will work), to increase
the stability of the set. It is also helpful, (although not required) if we have three
weighted poles (approx 10 feet long or less and one to three inches in diameter. We can
be fairly flexible with this). Please let us know if we can explain more fully!

* Note: the piano player will need to be available starting on Wednesday, during
our second rehearsal session. * Also, please note that providing an accompanist is a
contractual requirement. If none is available by the dress rehearsal, you may use
music tracks for a fee of $250.00. You would need to provide sound equipment and
possibly a CD player. We will work out the specifics with you, if necessary.

Will we be doing any workshops for you during this week? _____ If so, please list them
below, with grade levels and number of children anticipated. Please see workshop
information sheet for number of maximum participants and preferred age ranges.
