Supply of Labor and materials including hauling of debris outside the school:
1.0 Flooring:
1.1 Re-grouting of existing floor tiles;
1.2 Haul-out of debris;
1.3 Repair/Re-grouting of damaged tiles;
2.0 Repair/Repainting of walls, ceiling and windows:
3.0 Resurfacing of Platform(If there is any):
3.1 Repair Uneven platform flooring, provide new fascia;
3.1 Install one-half inch thick plywood;
3.2 Install new vinyl tiles on top of plywood.
4.0 Glass boards( with one-half inch thick plywood backing and ¾” thk.
Marine plywood framing):
4.1 Removal of Existing whiteboard assembly;
4.2 Haul-out of existing white boards
4.3 Installation of New Glass boards
5.0 Glass door with wooden frame patterned to Our Lady of Montserrat
Building SHS Classrooms:
5.1 Use ¼” thk. Clear tempered glass;
5.2 Use heavy duty lever type lockset;
5.3 Use heavy duty loose pin hinges.
6.0 Replace/relocate 1-unit Convenience Outlet on fascia of the
platform.
