BULATS Flexible Blended Learning Course

60% – 70% online, 30% – 40% classroom = 50 hours

The BULATS Blended Learning Course enhances the

learning experience. It uses up-to-date media technology
and creates the opportunity for your learners to study
when it suits them, supported by classroom or virtual
face-to-face sessions.

Flexibility is a key element of the Blended Learning Course.

You can adjust the mix of online and classroom study
according to the needs of learners and their sponsors.

The course consists of 50 hours of study and online

learning. The online element of the course includes both
presentation and self-study practice material. The course
is organised into 3 modules:
• Reading and Listening Module (30 hours)
• Speaking Module (10 hours)
• Writing Module (10 hours).

Our Blended Learning Courses offer a combination of enriched multi-media online

learning consolidated with virtual or classroom-based teaching

to access the online course from any computer with
appropriate internet access.

This flexibility enables learners to study at their own
convenience and encourages them to take more

the course design is that modules are broken down into
learning ‘chunks’ that allow best use of small blocks of
time (10 – 20 minutes).

feedback, access online support and take progress tests
throughout the course.

50-hour BULATS Self-study Course.

The BULATS Self-study Course is designed to develop

business English language skills by using online study
modules, delivered directly to the learner. It also helps to
build up ability across the four skills of reading, writing,
listening and speaking.

The online element of the course includes both

presentation and self-study practice material. It is
organised into 3 modules:
